Pet Health Scheme application

Our Pet Health Scheme allows you to spread the cost of annual preventative care over the year with monthly direct debits. This will cover the costs of vaccination, worming and flea treatment and a 6 month health check. You will also receive discounts on a range of other services. The Pet Health Scheme will save you money, allow you to budget and give you peace of mind that your pet is getting the preventative health care it needs when it needs it.

Small Dog (< 10 kg) - £14  
Medium Dog (10 - 20 kg) - £15 
Large Dog (20-40 kg) - £16

How to join?

Please ask at reception or call us on 01394 271 112 Our reception staff can provide you with further details and a simple application form, alternatively you can fill the online form below and a member of our staff will contact you directly. 
Direct debits can be set up using a simple online process. There is no joining fee and you will be kept informed of any additional exclusive member offers.
